Changamoto Youth Development Organization (C.Y.D.O) is a registered NGO in Tanzania that empowers youth and communities through environmental conservation, skills training, poverty alleviation programs, and sustainable development initiatives. We focus on tree planting, waste management, school renovations, and capacity building for vulnerable groups including youth, women, orphans, and elderly.
We welcome volunteers with any skill set and time availability! You can volunteer to live with indigenous families, participate in tree planting and forest restoration, join school greening programs, help renovate schools, or assist in community clean-ups and environmental education workshops.
